In WordPress dashboard go to appearance submenu and click on customize.

After clicking on customize you will in theme customizer. 

than click on Footer Section -> Payment icon.

Here you can manage your payment icon and also enable or disable payment icon by clicking on a single button.

If you want to add background image or color in footer section than you have to buy premium theme.
