Switch On/Off Tooltip Features of Social Icons?

In the WordPress dashboard go to the appearance submenu and click on customize.

After clicking on customizing you will in theme customizer.

Here you have to click on the header section than social media.

in the social media section, you will see a Hide / Show Tooltip.

here you can also Hide / Show Tooltips by clicking the hide/show button.
